With a lifelong background in dance, Nadine’s movement journey began at an early age and evolved into a career in performance and teaching.
While working as a dance teacher in London, she discovered Pilates, starting with mat work and later expanding into reformer Pilates. Her passion for movement continued to grow, leading her to India to complete her 200-hour mixed yoga training.
Nadine teaches movement as a way to build strength that feels good, deepen connection, and celebrate everything the body can do.
Nadine’s yoga class is a gentle breath-led practice designed to help you unwind and reconnect. Each class begins with grounding or meditation, followed by mindful mobility and slow purposeful movement. This class is suitable for all levels and offers a supportive space to move with intention, release tension, and leave feeling refreshed and balanced.
Nadine’s Pilates classes are low-impact and designed to help you build stability, improve posture, and develop greater body awareness. Expect a full-body workout that meets you where you’re at, leaving you standing taller, feeling stronger, and moving with greater balance and confidence.

Martina has been practicing yoga for over twenty years and became a qualified teacher last year. She believes it’s never too late to begin, and that yoga can be easily fitted into everyday life. Even just 10 to 15 minutes a day can have a meaningful impact on both physical and mental wellbeing.
Her classes offer a rejuvenating flow that blends breath with movement, guiding students through fluid sequences designed to build strength and mobility. With a focus on accessibility and comfort, and with the aid of bolsters, pillows, blocks and blankets, Martina creates a welcoming space that is especially suited to beginners.
Outside of yoga, Martina enjoys planning meals for her family and batch cooking while listening to audiobooks.

Monika is a fully qualified Kinesiologist and massage therapist with a passion for holistic health. She combines her expertise in chronic pain management with a personalized approach, addressing a wide range of issues from anxiety to structural or digestive concerns. Using techniques from Kinesiology, sports massage, lymphatic care, and relaxation, Monika tailors each session to the unique needs and goals of her clients, helping them achieve balance and well-being.

Eoin is a qualified Kinesiologist and also holds a Diploma in Cranial Therapy alongside 15 years of experience in natural health. He is currently pursuing a BSc in Osteopathic Medicine, and brings a deep commitment to identifying the root causes of health issues rather than treating symptoms alone. With extensive training both locally and internationally, Eoin tailors each session to the unique needs of his clients, blending his expertise in holistic modalities to support their journey toward optimal health and well-being.
