PART 2: Our Services

We offer in-person and limited online services, including:

  • Personal and small group training (max 6 per class)

  • Red light therapy

  • Compression therapy

  • Traditional sauna therapy

  • PEMF therapy

  • PSIO therapy

  • Massage therapy

  • Yoga, mat-based Pilates, breathwork classes

  • Holistic services from independent practitioners (e.g., acupuncture, kinesiology)

  • Retreats, events, and wellness memberships

We also sell gift vouchers (valid for 3–6 months depending on type).

Third-party services used: Stripe, Acuity, Trainerize, ClickSend, Scorecard App.

PART 3: Pricing, Payments & Refunds

  • Payments via Stripe (through Acuity) or Monzo (for some invoices).

Refunds:

  • Services: Refund requests must be made 48 hours before the appointment.

  • Memberships: A £50 holding fee is taken over the phone at the time of booking your initial visit to our facility. This fee is used to confirm your commitment to attend. If you attend the appointment and decide our services are not the right fit for you, we will refund the £50. If you choose to sign up as a member, the £50 will be credited toward your membership payment. Refunds only apply to unused time if membership cancellation is due to a valid complaint.

  • Gift vouchers/packages: Non-refundable.

  • Products (e.g., supplements): Refund only within 48 hours if unopened and in original condition.

Cancellations & Rescheduling:

  • Group classes: Cancel/reschedule 6 hours in advance.

  • Body/recovery services: 2-hour notice required.

  • Late cancellations result in forfeited credit.

  • Late cancellations must be communicated by text/call to 07561 447593.

PART 4: Client Eligibility & Responsibilities

  • Minimum age to book independently: 18+

  • Under 18s: Require signed parental consent; some services require in-room supervision.

  • Medical clearance may be required if you have a health condition that may affect safety.

  • Client conduct: Respect for all staff/clients is required. Lateness over 5 minutes may lead to denial of entry.

Therapy-Specific Age Guidelines

  • Traditional Sauna Therapy: Clients must be 18 years or older to use independently. Clients under 18 may only use the sauna under direct supervision and with parental consent.

  • PEMF Therapy: This therapy is restricted to clients aged 18 and over. It is not permitted for individuals under 18.

  • Red Light Therapy: Suitable for clients aged 12 and over, but only with parental consent and supervision.

  • PSIO Audio-Visual Therapy: Clients aged 12 and over may use this therapy with parental consent and supervision. It should not be used by anyone with epilepsy or photosensitivity.

  • Compression Therapy: Available to clients aged 16 and above. Clients under 18 require parental consent.

  • Massage Therapy: Available for all ages. Clients under the age of 16 must have a parent or guardian present during the session

Contraindications & Conditions for Refusal of Service

For safety, Gadd Group Health and Wellness Ltd reserves the right to refuse service to any client where participation may pose a health risk. The following are absolute contraindications for specific therapies, meaning clients should not use these services under any circumstances unless cleared by a healthcare provider:

🔥 Traditional Sauna Therapy

  • Pregnancy

  • Severe cardiovascular conditions (e.g., unstable angina, recent heart attack)

  • Acute infections or fever

  • Uncontrolled high or low blood pressure

  • Open wounds or contagious skin conditions

⚡ PEMF Therapy

  • Presence of a pacemaker or other electronic implants

  • Active cancer or history of cancer not in remission

  • Pregnancy

  • Seizure disorders (unless cleared by a physician)

  • Bleeding disorders or use of anticoagulant medication

💡 Red Light Therapy

  • Active cancer or tumors in the treatment area

  • Use of photosensitising medications

  • Severe photosensitivity disorders

  • Pregnancy (on abdominal area)

  • Direct eye exposure without protective eyewear

🎧 PSIO Audio-Visual Therapy

  • Epilepsy or seizure disorders

  • Photosensitivity

  • Severe anxiety or psychiatric conditions (unless approved by a provider)

🦵 Compression Therapy

  • Deep vein thrombosis (DVT)

  • Severe peripheral artery disease

  • Acute infection in the treatment area

  • Congestive heart failure

  • Open wounds or skin infections

🧘‍♀️ Physical Activity / Classes (e.g. strength training, Pilates, yoga, breathwork)

  • Recent surgery without medical clearance

  • Unstable cardiovascular conditions

  • Severe musculoskeletal injuries (e.g. fractures, herniated discs)

  • Pregnancy (certain movements and classes may be adapted or restricted)

Clients are required to disclose any relevant health conditions before participating in any service. Failure to do so may result in refusal of service, and Gadd Group Health and Wellness Ltd will not be held liable for adverse effects resulting from undeclared conditions.

PART 5: Guarantees & Disclaimers

  • We offer a "Work with Us for Free" guarantee if you follow all steps (sessions, nutrition, sleep, stress guidance) and don’t see results.

  • Results are not guaranteed. Outcomes depend on individual commitment and health status.

  • We do not offer medical advice. All wellness advice is general in nature.

Disclaimer of Liability

  1. Injuries During Services:

    • Clients assume all risks. We are not liable for injuries unless due to gross negligence.

  2. Health Information Provided by Clients:

    • You are responsible for providing full, accurate health info. We are not liable for outcomes due to omissions or errors.

  3. Results of Programs:

    • Results vary; we are not liable for perceived lack of results.

PART 6: Privacy & Data Protection (GDPR)

We collect and process personal and health-related data to provide tailored wellness services. This includes:

  • Health history, contraindications

  • Weight, measurements, photos (via Trainerize)

  • Progress check-ins, feedback

Your data is:

  • Stored securely

  • Only accessed by authorised staff

  • Not shared unless legally required or consented to

Data Consent Statement:

I consent to Gadd Group Health and Wellness Ltd collecting, storing, and using my health and personal data for service delivery. I understand this is handled under GDPR, and I may withdraw consent anytime.

PART 7: Website Use & Online Booking

  • Website content is for personal, non-commercial use only.

  • Online booking is managed via Acuity. All users must:

    • Book using accurate details

    • Respect cancellation/rescheduling policies

    • Agree to receive confirmation/reminder emails/SMS

  • Force Majeure: Gadd Group Health and Wellness Ltd shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in the performance of its obligations caused by events beyond its reasonable control.
